Q: Do I have to get three estimates?

A: There is no law in the state of Montana requiring you to get three estimates.

Q: Is your work guaranteed?

A: YES. We have a written guarantee that protects the work that we did as long as you own the vehicle.

Q: This is my only vehicle. Do you guys provide a rental car?

A. We can provide you with a rental while your vehicle is being worked on. There are some requirements that you can discuss with the staff.

Q: How long will you have my vehicle?

A: It will vary by the vehicle damage. On average repairs take about 4 to 5 days, but it’s our goal to get you back to your life fast.

Q: My insurance company said I needed to go to a “preferred” shop. What do I do?

A: You ultimately decide what shop you would like to take your vehicle to. It is your vehicle, choose a shop that you are comfortable with and trust. Let them know you are taking your vehicle to Town and Country.

Q: Do I need to pay you now?

A: We will collect the payment when your vehicle is done and you are satisfied with our work.

Q: Can I see the progress of my repairs?

A: We offer “My Repair Update” allowing you to see repairs being performed.
